In November 2019 saw the launch of Happy Head hypnotherapy's YouTube channel! This channel was created to share with you hypnosis recordings so you can listen, relax and experience the positive changes that hypnosis can bring. When we are relaxed and deeply focused our minds are more open to positive suggestion. Hypnosis can bring about fantastic changes in a relatively short amount of time. People often experience a clearer; more positive mind and are able to make better decisions. It can increase confidence and self esteem, help with anger, anxiety and depression. It really is fantastic stuff! The channel also features videos on tips and information regarding mental health and wellbeing.

In each of the videos I use a powerful technology called Binaural Beats; in particular Theta waves (3 to 8 hz). Theta brainwaves occur most often in sleep but are also dominant in deep meditation. Theta is our gateway to learning, memory and intuition. Theta causes deep mental and physical relaxation, which in turn reduces stress and anxiety levels. The benefits of listening to Theta waves include: mind and body healing, lowering heart rate, increasing intuition, ability to programme the unconscious mind, high levels of creativity and problem solving, improved emotional connection with the self and others.
